Kickboxing is a martial art that focuses primarily on striking. A great class to build confidence, improve strength and balance. You will learn basic self-defence and improve your cardiovascular health. This class is suitable to all levels with the possibility of stepping into the ring for those who are really committed, and potentially even becoming a champion. Standard adult classes will last one hour with an optional extra thirty minutes at the end for those who are in fight preparation or hope to one day step into the ring. Kids classes are for those between the ages of 7-12. Adult classes are for those aged 13 & up
