Introduction

Welcome to An Chearnóg GYM. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Membership Terms

Payment

• Initial basic membership is 3 weeks payable in advance along with a €7 one off sign up fee. Payment is then called for on the same day every 7 days from your membership commencement date
• 3 month, 6 month or annual memberships are payable in advance of commencement along with a one off initial €7 sign up fee & are all subject to a minimum 2 week cancellation period before they automatically renew

Cancellation

• Memberships require a minimum of 2 weeks written notice for cancellation
• Notice must be provided via email or in person at the facility

Suspension

Memberships may be suspended in exceptional circumstances but at the discretion of the company.

Facility Rules

• Members must check in upon arrival using the qr scanner & also the access fob provided on sign up
• Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required
• Equipment must be returned to designated areas after use
• Respect other members and maintain appropriate behavior
• Follow all posted safety guidelines

Class Bookings

Classes must be booked in advance through our booking system. Late cancellations (less than 3 hours before class) may result in loss of class credit.

Liability Waiver

• By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks
• An Chearnóg GYM and its staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during training, except in cases of proven negligence
• It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically capable of participating in fitness activities
• Consult with a medical professional before beginning any exercise program

Personal Training

Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise the session will be forfeited.

Photography and Media

• By using our facilities, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes
• If you do not wish to be included in such materials, please inform staff

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.
