Light Weight, High Volume

In this class each participant will have a Barbell with a selection of weights. The bar will be used for the majority of the class along with bodyweight exercises. Emphasis will be placed on lighter weight and higher volume stimulating fat burning and muscle growth through Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy.
